YOUNG PEOPLE URGED TO TAKE INTEREST IN AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGIES

Young African innovators are taking charge of their future and designing innovative agricultural technologies despite lacking access to fiance, innovation hubs, and information according to a new report released by the MasterCard Foundation Youth Think Tank.

Members of Curious Ernest Ohene Kyei and Richard Dzikunu, were at the African Regency Hotel to support one of the Youth Think Tank, Francis Oko Armah also a member of Curious Minds. Francis Oko Armah, together with 13 other researchers presented finding’s from their report “Building Inclusive Agriculture Technologies for Young People”.

The event which was held at the African Regency Hotel, earlier this week,  highlights barriers and opportunities to the creation of Agriculture technologies, their promotion, and uptake by young people.
